This tablet was designed in 2006 for a competition that ZINK established in order to find innovative uses for their mobile printing unit that needs no ink to print but it uses a special crystal coated paper that forms shapes and colour with variable heat application. The project was a tablet for hardware use in the field in order to print on the spot plans and data needed for the field operations.
